menu structure
In the mobile phone app Attendance there are static menus on the top right of the display as well as popup menus when clicking groups, events or similar.
The main popup menu always appears when you click on a group name, as almost all further actions refer to the group selected in this way:
The name of the group to which the actions refer is visible in the header of each popup menu.
Create new event
A new event is created for which the participants, the date and possibly a global comment can be entered as Eventinfo:
Today's date is entered as the default date, but the date can be changed by clicking on it.
Members of the list can be marked individually as participants of the event by clicking on them. The list of members can also be scrolled if they don't all fit on the display.
Clicking all will first mark all members as subscribers and can then be deselected individually if necessary.
Save the event by clicking save.
After saving a new or modified event, a short list of the last 8 most recent events is automatically displayed for control purposes, in chronologically decreasing order, i. e. the latest one as the first:
Edit Event
A short list of existing events is presented, from which one can be selected for editing by clicking on it.
Detailed list of events
This is an advanced feature especially for traininggroup leaders. It can be used for free to try it out, but without the activation of the Pro version via inApp purchase the list will be reduced to 3 members:
This list can either be displayed locally in the browser or sent by email. Then it can be printed out comfortably at the PC.
Depending on the existing events, an unlimited number of columns and up to 10 additional data per member will be displayed. For more than 30 events, however, it is advisable to print the list on DIN A3 landscape for readability.
